If you are still in shopping mode, you won’t want to miss the Fort Lauderdale Holiday Extravaganza on Dec. 8, located at ArtServe in Fort Lauderdale. This holiday shopping event features vendors and crafts you won’t find anywhere else! Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
If you are looking for a great Chanukah party this year, be sure to stop by the YJP Chanukah Party December 6th, from 8 to 11 p.m. at 27 Bar & Lounge in Fort Lauderdale. This party will feature a disc jockey, kosher food, and a menorah lighting ceremony.
For those looking for more adult fun, make sure to stop by the UGLY Sweater Bar Crawl at Riverwalk, Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 8 from 4 to 11 p.m. This event will feature drink and food specials at local bars and a souvenir cup. Tickets are $20 each.
But don’t forget about the kids! The Fort Lauderdale Woman’s Club is hosting Breakfast with Santa from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 16 at 20 South Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. This breakfast offers a kid-friendly buffet, fun activities for kids, raffles, photos with Santa and more. Cost is $10 for kids and $15 for adults.
A classic Fort Lauderdale holiday event is the Winterfest Boat Parade aboard the Riverfront Cruise. Tickets are $60 each for the event that takes place on Dec. 15 from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. You will be part of the Fort Lauderdale Winterfest Boast Parade, sailing for 12 miles around Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach.
If you really want to live it up, this New Year’s Eve, look no further than the “LIVE IT UP!” New Year’s Eve Bash at the W Fort Lauderdale. This party will feature DJ Smiley and an open bar from 9 pm to midnight – not to mention a spectacular balloon drop. This party is for those 21 and older and tickets are $275 each.
