*Terms & Conditions for the $40 Food and Beverage Credit Package

1. Package Description: This package includes a $40 credit per day, applicable towards food and beverage purchases at our hotel's restaurant. The credit is per room, per stay, regardless of the number of guests.

2. Pricing and Fees: The total package price will be inclusive of the room rate plus any applicable taxes and fees. The food and beverage credit is not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the credit.

3. Booking and Payment: The package can be booked either online through our official website or over the phone. A deposit equivalent to the first night's room rate and tax is required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room rate and tax.

5. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Eligibility: The package is available to all guests who book a room during the promotional period. The food and beverage credit is applicable only during the stay and cannot be used for future visits.

7. Liability Disclaimer: The hotel is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur during your stay.

8. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or severe weather, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice.

9. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation processing and guest communication, in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Compliance with Laws: Guests are expected to adhere to local laws and hotel policies throughout their stay.

11. Modification of Terms: Sun Tower Hotel & Suites reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, however, all bookings confirmed prior will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.
